Summary
TeamLogic IT of Colorado Springs needs a responsible, motivated sales professional with 3+ years of experience selling solutions to small to medium-sized businesses.  A successful outside sales rep will be consultative, selling customer–centric business solutions to new clients.  Solutions he or she recommends will meet client needs, solve client problems, and satisfy client objectives in clients’ best interests. Compensation will be base salary plus commission, and this position will report directly to the sales manager.

Responsibilities:
Prospecting / Lead Generation

  • Prospect and close new clients in assigned areas
  • Network, follow up on marketing qualified leads, ask of referral and make cold calls to generate new sales opportunities
  • Make cold calls (dropbys) and create and implement lead generation campaigns
  • Qualify new prospects uncovered through own activities
  • Use various prospecting techniques to get past gatekeepers and set appointments
  • Participate in networking and other lead generation activities 
Sales Activities to Meet Quotas
  • Work with prospects to identify needs and the best solutions to address those needs
  • Create and present solution presentations and proposals to meet client needs for projects and services 
  • Close proposals to meet monthly quota objectives
  • Conduct a smooth hand-off of new projects to technical team
  • Collaborate with a technical engineer to determine best solution options to present to customer
  • Keep all sales activities in the CRM system
  • Adhere to our sales process
 
Knowledge, Skills, & Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of outside solution sales experience with responsibility for prospecting through closing 
  • Proven success in meeting individual quotas and objectives
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills 
  • Experience managing sales opportunities in a CRM system
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Honest and responsible 
  • Reliable transportation
  • Prospecting including cold calling, networking, email and social prospecting
  • Follow up on leads 
  • Excellent prospecting, objection handling and closing skills
  • Ability to work with prospects to identify long and short-term needs
  • Ability to work with a broad range of solution options (services and products) to prepare proposals for clients
  • Professional presentation skills 
  • Good time management and organizational skills

  • Selling IT managed services in a small business environment
  • Knowledge of IT systems and processes
  • Technical service or operations support
  • Hubspot
  • Business ownership experience, or other entrepreneurial experience, skills or qualities
  • Bachelor’s degree

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
